I am under the belief that due to the Z's lengthy intake/intercooler plumbing coupled with the usage of a hot wire MAF that we get a natural miss/hesitation under certain circumstances. Specifically, when blipping the throttle around 2500rpm I have always experienced a miss with my NA and TT motors. I feel that having an aftermarket air filter pronounces the affect.
So just check it out and let me know if I am the only one. Keep the revs up around ~2500rpm while blipping the throttle, see if you can feel a miss or hesitation in throttle response.
